Jessica Sweeney, owner of It’s Time To Talk, LLC and practicing SLP for 18 years, and Christine McCarthy, owner of Little Steps Therapy and practicing OT for 16 years combined their expertise and knowledge to form Two River Pediatric Therapy in Red Bank, NJ. With their 35 years of combined experience, these two therapists work together as a team to create a warm and nurturing therapeutic environment to encourage maximal growth and development for each family who enters our clinic.
Group therapy encourages the social milieu, social development and carryover into regular daily activities, while individual therapy addresses more specific and significant needs of each client. The main focus of our treatment paradigm is Family Centered Care in order to assist the parents of children with different needs meet their child’s highest potential.

Christine McCarthy M.S, OTR/L
Christine McCarthy is the co-owner and director of Occupational Therapy. She holds a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelors degree in Health Science, which she obtained at the New York Institute of Technology. Christine has been practicing Occupational Therapy for 16 years exclusively in pediatrics.
Jessica Sweeney M.S, CCC-SLP, COM Track
Jessica Sweeney is the owner and director of It’s Time To Talk, LLC and co-owner of Two River Pediatric Therapy. She graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology and received her Masters Degree from The College of St. Rose in Communication Disorders.
